Russell goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He is always on top of everything he is dealing with. While working on the roof we noticed other items that needed to be corrected first. He had all the right contacts a long the way to get it taken care of. The most impressive part was him stepping up and taken care of everything with my insurance adjuster. My father was in the hospital, they decided to place him in hospice care on the same day the appointment was set with the insurance adjuster. Russell took care of everything from the very first day to the last. I could not think him and his team enough for all the hard work and amazing communication they provided. Russell is SUPER responsive!! I would call he would answer or text me right away that he would call me right back and he did. As for emails again amazing! He was following up with my insurance company and adjuster multiple times during the process. I would Highly recommend Lawrenz Contracting.
