I’m certainly excited to share this review with the Google Community in regards to Lawrenz Contracting LLC. From the start, Ryan Williams explained what we could expect with the insurance side of things, answered any questions we had about it, and kept us informed as to what the next steps would be. After talking with the insurance, we formulated a plan as to what we wanted to do with both the roof and gutters that needed to be replaced. I advised Ryan we were going to sell the home soon and he made terrific recommendations on the most attractive color combinations that buyers prefer. Actual replacement started within the week and they did a fantastic job on both the installation and cleanup afterwards. With all this being said, we were able to sell our home and were under contract within 5 days. I can’t thank Lawrence Contracting LLC enough for a job well done and the seamless transaction my wife and I experienced. Highly Recommend!
