What a great company!! It can be overwhelming finding a high quality person to oversee the replacing of your roof, gutters, and window screens. Russ made the process stress free and always responded in a timely manner. He explained the step by step process and worked with my insurance company to get the proper finances that it would take to repair the hail damage. Russell goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He is always on top of everything he is dealing with. While working on the roof we noticed other items that needed to be corrected first. He had all the right contacts a long the way to get it taken care of. The most impressive part was him stepping up and taken care of everything with my insurance adjuster. My father was in the hospital, they decided to place him in hospice care on the same day the appointment was set with the insurance adjuster. Russell took care of everything from the very first day to the last. I could not think him and his team enough for all the hard work and amazing communication they provided. Russell is SUPER responsive!! I would call he would answer or text me right away that he would call me right back and he did. As for emails again amazing! On the day of repair the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and put a tarp on everything and put a fine netting around my AC units so they could still run efficiently while keeping them protected from things going inside.
The roof went on and looks great. Clean up was far superior to other crews that have done houses around us, with bits of trash and even nails left in the street. When they left it was clean, and after watching them comb my lawn with a magnet, I feel comfortable sending my son back out to play.

From the start, Ryan Williams explained what we could expect with the insurance side of things, answered any questions we had about it, and kept us informed as to what the next steps would be. After talking with the insurance, we formulated a plan as to what we wanted to do with both the roof and gutters that needed to be replaced. I advised Ryan we were going to sell the home soon and he made terrific recommendations on the most attractive color combinations that buyers prefer. Actual replacement started within the week and they did a fantastic job on both the installation and cleanup afterwards. With all this being said, we were able to sell our home and were under contract within 5 days.
