After 18+ years as a homeowner I have worked with multiple contractors and have had roofing work done previously. This was by far the easiest roofing job I have ever been a part of, and one of the best experiences overall in working with a contractor!! I’ve had bad experiences with questionable roofers in the past and there were no issues whatsoever with Russ. He was highly communicative and respectful of our time. Any questions we had with insurance or roof installation were thoroughly explained in great detail. The work done was for a complete roof re-deck and shingles after the hailstorms last year. There were challenges with our old roof that needed extra attention and they addressed every detail to my satisfaction. It was a nice surprise when the team also made a lot of improvements to the existing ventilation and recommended a better/safer placement of a vent pipe in relation to the fireplace. This says a lot about how much they are quality conscious and care about the work they do. True craftsmen.
