What a great company!! It can be overwhelming finding a high quality person to oversee the replacing of your roof, gutters, and window screens. While working on the roof we noticed other items that needed to be corrected first. He had all the right contacts a long the way to get it taken care of. My father was in the hospital, they decided to place him in hospice care on the same day the appointment was set with the insurance adjuster. On the day of repair the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and put a tarp on everything and put a fine netting around my AC units so they could still run efficiently while keeping them protected from things going inside.
The roof went on and looks great. Clean up was far superior to other crews that have done houses around us, with bits of trash and even nails left in the street. When they left it was clean, and after watching them comb my lawn with a magnet, I feel comfortable sending my son back out to play.

After talking with the insurance, we formulated a plan as to what we wanted to do with both the roof and gutters that needed to be replaced. I advised Ryan we were going to sell the home soon and he made terrific recommendations on the most attractive color combinations that buyers prefer. Actual replacement started within the week and they did a fantastic job on both the installation and cleanup afterwards. With all this being said, we were able to sell our home and were under contract within 5 days.
