On the day of repair the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and put a tarp on everything and put a fine netting around my AC units so they could still run efficiently while keeping them protected from things going inside.
The roof went on and looks great. Clean up was far superior to other crews that have done houses around us, with bits of trash and even nails left in the street. When they left it was clean, and after watching them comb my lawn with a magnet, I feel comfortable sending my son back out to play.

From the start, Ryan Williams explained what we could expect with the insurance side of things, answered any questions we had about it, and kept us informed as to what the next steps would be. After talking with the insurance, we formulated a plan as to what we wanted to do with both the roof and gutters that needed to be replaced. I advised Ryan we were going to sell the home soon and he made terrific recommendations on the most attractive color combinations that buyers prefer.
